AML/KYC
Edition: 25 September 2026
Scope of this page
This page explains common identity-verification and financial-crime prevention concepts relevant to an external gambling account. It does not perform verification, receive identity documents or decide whether an account or withdrawal is approved. Requirements are set by the operator and the rules applicable to its service and the customer.
Read the current policy on the operator’s website before using its services. The edition date on this guide does not certify that an external policy has remained unchanged.
Purpose of checks
Identity and transaction checks can help establish who controls an account, whether the customer is eligible and whether a payment belongs to that customer. Source-of-funds information concerns where money used for an activity came from. These checks are different from an editorial website's cookie preferences or referral attribution.
A request for further evidence is not, on its own, proof of wrongdoing. Respond through a verified channel and ask the operator to clarify what information is required and why if the request is unclear.
Identity and address information
Use accurate legal details when creating an account. If the operator requests identity or address evidence, follow its current instructions for accepted document types, image quality and validity. Names and other details should be consistent across the account and the documents provided.
Do not alter a document to conceal a mismatch or use someone else's identity. Ask the operator how to correct an honest registration error. Do not send documents to this guide, an unverified social account or an address copied from an unsolicited message.
Payment ownership and source of funds
An operator may ask for evidence that a payment method belongs to the account holder or for information explaining the origin of funds. The appropriate evidence depends on the actual request and circumstances. Check which details must remain visible and which may be masked before uploading a bank or payment record.
Never disclose an account password, full authentication code or card security code to a person claiming to assist with verification. If you are uncertain about a request, contact support from within the operator's verified website rather than following a message link.
Monitoring and restrictions
Account or transaction activity may be reviewed under the operator's terms. While a review is pending, some functions may be restricted. The current terms should explain the relevant procedures; this guide cannot promise approval, a fixed deadline or release of a payment.
Keep transaction references and correspondence so you can explain the issue clearly. Do not attempt to bypass a review by creating additional accounts, routing payments through another person or providing fabricated evidence.
Records, privacy and assistance
The operator's privacy notice should explain how verification information is handled, retained and shared. Read it before supplying sensitive documents and use its stated channels for a privacy request. This editorial guide cannot access the operator's records or delete them for you.
If a review remains unresolved, follow the complaints process identified in the current account terms. Keep the dispute focused on the request, documents supplied and transaction involved. No unverified regulator, licensing claim or dispute jurisdiction is asserted by this overview.
